Dave Donat

President

Dave became President of Produce Pro in 2005, continuing many successful years of leadership in the organization.

After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, Dave joined Produce Pro in 1991, when the company was still in its infancy. Throughout the decade and a half he's been involved with produce clientele, he has been one of the chief architects of the Produce Pro system, and still maintains a high-profile presence in software development and account management.

Tony Zuccato

Vice President, Operations

Tony joined Produce Pro in 2004 as Vice President of Operations, and is responsible for all aspects of resource planning and consulting management.

Tony graduated from Bradley University, and has focused his career on information technology and consulting since 1992. Prior to his position here, he served as Vice President of Professional Services for Click Commerce, a public software company focused on providing e-commerce solutions for large manufacturers such as Motorola, Kawasaki, and Carrier.

Nick Campanile Jr., CPA, CGMA

Controller

To support our company's success and recent growth, Nick joined Produce Pro in 2006 in the newly created position of Controller. He is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, and he also oversees billing, payroll, accounts payable, and the company's benefit programs.

Nick is a registered Certified Public Accountant with the State of Illinois. He has spent the last ten years in public practice, consulting for small- to mid-sized, closely held corporations and their ownership on tax and accounting issues. He also has governmental auditing experience and is a member of various professional organizations.

John Raudabaugh

Manager, West Coast Operations / Senior Business Improvement Consultant

John has extensive experience in the food-industry supply chain. Prior to joining us at Produce Pro in 2008, his career included 30 years at Albertsons, most recently as their VP of Systems Integration and Warehouse Operations. He has also participated in numerous industry initiatives, including the PMA RFID Steering Group.

His role with our company encompasses multiple areas, including business development with respect to new and existing clients. John also manages our West Coast development staff as well as working closely with our Warehouse Management System implementation team, assisting with operational assessments and planning.

Rachel Stahlke

Manager, Support Services

Rachel uses her leadership skills to manage the system engineering team in delivering quality, reliable solutions to customers. Her strong knowledge of the produce industry and expertise of Produce Pro software also helps her to manage the support team and spearhead responsibilities such as issue assignment, resource planning, and solution planning and consulting. Rachel continues to play an integral role in the development and delivery of end user training, network and system administration, desktop and laptop support and data network sales. In addition, she has been an asset in project and team management and preparation of marketing materials.

Prior to joining Produce Pro in 2006, Rachel worked for four years as the IT Manager at Indianapolis Fruit.

Julie Schlosser

Custom Projects Manager at Produce Pro, Inc.

Julie has extensive knowledge of software project management. Julie comes to Produce Pro with 22 years of prior experience managing multiple software projects through the design, development, and support stages.

Julie’s passion for programming has guided her career towards software development and project management with Market Day. In 2012 Julie joined the Produce Pro team and took on the responsibility of overseeing multiple customer software project additions.

Tom Dowd

New Products Development Manager

Tom fills a leadership role at Produce Pro as the New Products Development Manager. This team keeps Produce Pro at the forefront of industry technology with many software products including Business Intelligence and mobile apps. Tom joined Produce Pro in 2010 and has worked in the IT field since 1999.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as a consultant for clients from a range of industries. Tom has also worked for a large company's internal Information Technology department as a software architect and technical solutions leader.

Dave Ivey

Warehouse Management System Manager/Account Manager

Dave provides excellent leadership as an account manager and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Manager. In these positions, Dave plays a key role in project planning, scheduling, support, new module implementations and sales development for new customers.

Dave joined Produce Pro in 2007; however, his experience with the company spans back to his employment with Subject, Wills and Company where he held the positions of National Sales Manager and Custom Project Programmer. Dave has been in the produce industry since 2004 and in the IT field since 1996, working in new account sales where he has focused on building custom applications for clients in a variety of industries. In addition, Dave has worked as a Customer Relationship Manager where he has responded to all forms of client inquiries.

Jenn Wilson

Education and Implementation Manager

As the Education and Implementation Manager, Jenn wears many hats fostering communication with clients and working to build a community among users. Jenn leads a team that oversees the training of all new clients, manages the Support Portal and develops system documentation and training materials. In addition, Jenn organizes the User Group and Regional Summit conferences and handles large-scale communications with clients in the form of announcements, invitations, and articles on system functionality.

Jenn joined Produce Pro in 2002 with a background in technical publishing and traditional software development. Her expertise in areas such as technical writing, QA and programming, have allowed her to build a formal discipline for system documentation and other educational resources.

Sharon Humphress

Senior Education Specialist

Sharon brings a unique expertise to the Education team as the Senior Education Specialist where she operates as the lead trainer and business consultant for numerous clients. Sharon also mentors other trainers and provides counsel on developing the training curriculum and customizing implementation methods.

 Sharon has worked in the produce industry since 1980 and began her career in the IT field when she joined Produce Pro in 1994. With proficiencies in training and software implementations, Sharon assists companies in streamlining their business, improving efficiency and implementing best practices.

Jeff Holmquist

Lead Developer/Account Manager

Having joined the company in 1994, Jeff has played an integral role in the design and implementation of numerous software modules and features at Produce Pro. He has also been the lead programmer on more new customer installations than anyone else at Produce Pro.

Jeff has worked with clients such as Keany Produce, Courchesne Larose, Federal Fruit & Produce, Paragon, Davalan, Armstrong Produce, Military Produce Group, Valley Fruit and Produce, Umina Brothers, La Grasso, Coast Produce, J. Ambrogi, Calavo, Get Fresh and Greenleaf. Jeff has experience in the produce industry spanning back to 1995 and the Information Technology field since 1993.

Tom Boyle

Lead Developer/Account Manager

As an Account Manager and Lead Programmer, Tom leads a team focused on overall business relationships with new clients as they become familiar with Produce Pro.

Tom joined Produce Pro in 1998 and has been in the produce industry and IT field since 1998 and 1995 respectively. During his time with Produce Pro, Tom has worked with clients such as Russ Davis Wholesale, Peirone Produce, JAB Produce, General Produce, E. Armata, Basciani Mushroom Farms, Heartland Produce, BIX Produce and Consumers Produce.

Tim Boklewski

Lead Developer/Account Manager

Tim is as an Account Manager and a Lead Programmer for new customer installations. In these positions, Tim has worked with S. Katzman Produce, Produce Source Partners, Global Organic Specialty Source, Ford's Produce, Freedom Fresh, LA Specialty, West Central Produce, Organically Grown Company, Testa Produce, Ole Tyme Produce, Combs Produce, Benny d’Angelo Fruits et Legumes, and TC Tropical.

Tim has been in the produce industry since 2002 when he joined Produce Pro and the IT field since 2000.

Randy McDonnell

Manager, Philadelphia Office

As Manager of the Philadelphia office and a Lead Programmer, Randy focuses on managing accounts and guiding his team in providing valuable hardware and software solutions to clients.

Prior to joining Produce Pro in 1998, Randy worked for Subject, Wills & Company and has been integral in client support for Hapco Farms, Railex, Procacci Brothers Sales, Four Seasons Produce, J. Ambrogi Food Distribution, Primo, Number 1 in Produce, Hunter Brothers and G. Cefalu & Bro

Scott Sullivan

Lead Developer, Warehouse Management System

As Senior Lead Developer of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) team, Scott organizes WMS installations and oversees work done by fellow teammates. In addition, Scott provides support and customizations for the multiple WMS implementations.

With experience in the produce industry and IT field since 2000 when he joined Produce Pro, Scott has been heavily involved in software development, implementation and updates for the main Produce Pro package as well. He has a vast amount of knowledge about how automation can assist with warehouse operations.

Phil Sweeney

Software Architect, Web and Mobile Applications

Phil is responsible for the continued development and enhancement of the Produce Pro software system, particularly with E-commerce, document imaging and vendor portal products. Phil also serves as the technical lead to a team focused on research and development of several new product initiatives, including mobile applications.

Phil has been working with Produce Pro since 2003. Having been in the IT field since 1991, Phil has gained experience as the lead developer for custom web and mobile applications where he has utilized the following tools: Titanium Mobile, Java, C#, NET, SQL, HTML, XML, FreeMarker (FTL), Windows API, JavaScript, AJAX, Adobe Spry, Tomcat, Apache, MS SQL Server, Sybase SQL Anywhere, PostgreSQL, PowerDesigner and Objecteering UML Modeler.

Jay Cairns

Technical Lead - Support

Jay plays a key role as the technical lead for the Support group. He manages the distribution of all Support Requests that enter the system, ensuring each request is addressed using a strong technical approach. In addition, he focuses as teacher and mentor to all new support staff. He is the author and keeper of all printed document creation tools as well as the author and keeper of the Routing Software Integration module of Produce Pro.

Jay has been in the IT field since 2000 and the produce industry since 2002 when he joined Produce Pro. With significant hands on experience in supporting and teaching the code base, Jay possesses skills in every area of the Produce Business Model from production to accounting to management. In his career, Jay has participated in over 50 installs and upgrades.
