In addition to our technical skill, we're also experts in the produce
industry — and we can help you reduce internal costs and
operate more efficiently.
Our support team works together to respond efficiently to incoming
questions and support needs, however large or small. Even during
off-hours and over weekends, we're here to help, and we guarantee
a rapid response time for emergencies.
Lastly, we believe that education doesn't end with pre-live training:
- Our support portal is a specialized website where our clients can
read detailed system documentation, check the status of current and
past support logs and custom development projects, submit new issues
online, and review the same performance graphs that our engineers
use to monitor hardware. The portal runs 24/7, and is kept up
to date with information from our internal databases.
- We hold a Produce Pro User Group conference approximately every year
and a half. This gathering attracts a diverse range of Produce Pro users,
including company executives, owners, managers, and back-office specialists.
The conference provides numerous classes and educational opportunities
about our system, but we believe that the greatest benefit comes from
the sharing of ideas between peers.
